Burger King Japan tweeted Sept. 14 about their Unsung Heroes campaign.
Super Spicy Fish Burger, Super Chicken Cheese Burger, and Super Fish Cheese Burger will be served Sept. 16-Oct. 16.
The Super Spicy Fish Burger is a fried fish patty topped with sliced and shredded cheddar and a chilli pepper, garlic, and soy sauce sauce. This sandwich is 350 yen ($2.44).
The Super Chicken Cheese Burger and Super Fish Cheese Burger are for cheese fans.
Each features ordinary cheddar, red cheddar, shredded gouda, mozzarella, and an unique cheese sauce. These two cost 410 yen ($2.86 US).
This overlaps a promotion the chain is undertaking with Activision Blizzard (ATVI) for its "Diablo" brand.
The Diablo Double Garlic Cheeseburger is a promotion for Activision Blizzard's "Diablo Immortal" mobile game, which made a stir this summer.
Burger King built a videogame-themed area in Tokyo's Akihabara neighbourhood and held a lottery for free t-shirts.
The sale runs through Sept. 29, but be aware that the cheeseburger costs 1,390 yen ($9.69 U.S.).
