EXPLORE MORE
The epidemic has caused McDonald's to change their morning menu, which many customers dislike.
Its all-day availability is gone, and it's been streamlined to omit several popular products. But there are hints the business is improving on breakfast.
The chain's bagels were one of the most lamented discontinued goods in 2020, but they're back in some stores. Bagels have been seen in Ohio, Virginia, and Philadelphia.
In July, four bagel-centric breakfast sandwiches return for a limited period.
Items include the Bacon, Egg & Cheese, Sausage, Egg & Cheese, Egg & Cheese Bagel, and the Steak, Egg & Cheese sandwich.
It's uncertain when a countrywide rollout will occur. McDonald's has teased to bringing back the Steak, Egg & Cheese sandwich on Twitter, so it may be coming.
And Mickey D's understands fans are weary of waiting.
Currently, 25,000 people are petitioning to bring back the Steak, Egg, & Cheese sandwich.
While bagels are back, all-day breakfast may never return.
