Directions
1. First, put the olive oil in a big pan and heat it over medium, then add the garlic that has been minced. Sautée for around 1 minute.
2. After adding the broccolini, season it with salt and pepper. Sauté the broccolini for ten minutes, or until it is brilliant green and tender, whichever comes first.
3. Add lemon juice, and sautée for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat, and then serve the dish.
